  19. 1 - tsp Soya sauce
  20. 2 - tsp gram flour (for dusting)
  21. 1 cup gram flower(for batter)
  22. as per taste Hing
  23. as required Cheese
  24. as required Tamarind chutney
  25. As per requirement Green chutney

Instructions to make to make Spicy burger

  1. For tikki masala
    In a pan firstly add cumin seed and start roast them for half a minute then add fennel seeds, coriander seeds, black pepper cons and lightly roast them until fragrent
    Remove aside and add salt then let it cool down.
    Once cool dawn properly add it in grinder jar and grind it into a pawder and keep aside for further use
  2. For aloo tikki
    In a bowl add messed potatoes, chopped chilies, chopped ginger, prepare tikki masala, chilli powder, salt, bread crumbs, oil and mix everything properly
    Take a portion from the mixture and shape it like burger patty, now it will be dip in cornflour better then warp it with bread crumbs
  3. Now heat oil in a pan and dip fry it
  4. For salad
    In a bowl add tomato, onion, cucumber, lemon juice, green chillies, salt, red chilli pawder coriander leaves and mix every thing properly then keep aside for further use
  5. For roasted buns
    In a pan heat butter and add red chilli pawder then place the buns in it and toast them proper golden brown and crispy
  6. For onion pakoda
    In a bowl take onion rings and coat them with gram flour properly
  7. Then in another bowl add gram flour, water, turmeric pawder, chilli powder, hing salt and mix properly to make smooth batter
  8. Add one by one the coated onion rings in the better coat them properly it with it and deep fry in medum hot oil until golden and crispy
  9. For mayonnaise sauce
    In a bowl add mayonnaise tamarind chutney, tomato sauce, soya sauce red chilli powder and mix it properly
  10. Farsley place the toast bottom bun then apply prepared sauce then add onion ring pakoda then place the patty then add the salad on it now add some green chati a cheese slice then finish it by placing the toasted top bun.
