  3. 3/4 tsp Mozzarella cheese grated

  7. CHICKEN:-
  8. 1 tbsp Oil
  9. 400 grms chicken
  10. 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  11. To taste Salt

  14. 2 tsp Oil
  15. 2 Cardamom
  16. 2 Cloves
  17. 1/4 tsp Shah jeera
  18. 1-2 strands Mace
  19. 3-4 tbsp Onion paste
  20. 1 tsp Gingr paste
  21. 1 tsp Garlic paste
  22. 2 tsp Cashew paste
  23. 1/4 tsp Red chillie flakes
  24. 1/4 tsp Red chillie powder
  25. 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  26. 1/2 tsp Kitchen king
  27. 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  28. 1 pinch Sugar
  29. 150 ml Milk
  30. 2 tsp Fresh Cream
  31. ½ bottle cap Kewra essence
  32. To taste Salt

  6. Take our Ladi loaf and slit from the middle
  7. Spread our Awadhi chicken gravy as the base,spread generously
  8. Place some capsicum slices,tomato slices and onions
  9. Add the grated cheese over it.beysh some melted butter over the top of the pavs.Grate some cheese on top
  10. Preheat the oven to 180⁰c & bake the sliders for 4 to 6 mins
  11. The cheese on the top should be melted and the seed sliders should have a little crunch.
  12. Serve warm.Enjoy
