- 100 gm soaked Red hole lentils and hole green moong lentils (grounded)
- 2 tbsp Avocado chutney (for softness in tikki)
- 4 pinch Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds,
- 1/2 tsp black pepper,
- 1/4 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 1 pkt Instant mix of idli
- as needed Olive oil
- to taste Salt

- To make Semolina Pan cake, take a bowl of semolina in a vessel and mix a bowl of yogurt in it. add two pinch of salt and add two pinch of baking soda in it and mix it well and keep it in the side for two to three hours.

- Now put some olive oil in the pan and cook the dal tikki. When tikki cooked well take it out in a plate
- Now cook the slices of paneer also on pan.
- Put the semolina cake in a plate first.Take a spoonful of chutney and apply it on the cake thoroughly.
- Now put the slices of vegetables on it.
- Put tikki and apply chutney on it.
- Put paneer slice on it and apply chutney on it.
- Again add vegetables on it.

- I have also made some semolina sticks.To make the sticks, pour the remaining pan cake mixture in the pan and make it like halva well.
- Remove this halva in a plate and let it cool down.After cooling, make small sticks with the help of dry semolina and fry in the oil.
